Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Our orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 5pm will be processed in 3-4 business days. However, during peak seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and/or holidays), and sometimes longer, based on industry load and bandwidth of our production partners. We appreciate your patience during peak times.

After your orded is processed, please allow 14-20 business days for your order to be produced, shipped, and arrive to your doorstep. As a rule of thumb, it's always best to order ahead which will allow extra time for production and shipping to ensure that your merchandise arrives in your hands before you actually need it. Again, delivery dates may be longer during peak periods. If you are ordering an item for a birthday or Christmas gift, PLEASE order early!

During check out, the total cost will include all items ordered, sales tax, and shipping.

Shipping

We ship from production houses located at various locations around the United States, usually arriving within 14-20 business days after the order has been processed. On occassion, some orders may take longer to arrive due to potential service interruptions outside of our control.

Order Confirmations and Tracking Numbers

Since we use multiple suppliers across the country, you may receive separate shipments for your order. Please check your email for order confirmation(s) and tracking number(s) once you have placed your order. For example, t-shirts will arrive separately from blankets because two different suppliers fulfill those specific products. Therefore, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number for the t-shirt, and a second confirmation and tracking number for the blanket.

United States Domestic Orders Only

We only ship to all 50 states in the U.S. (Sorry, international delivery is not available.) We use flat shipping rates and those are calculated at the time of your order. The most popular shipping option is economy shipping. To note, shipping rates are determined by the carriers. The Baseball Life and our supply partners are not making any profit from shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Should your order be confirmed as lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, we will ship out a new item as a replacement. Please contact us at the following email:  thebaseballlifestore@gmail.com to report a lost or damaged item.
