PRINT-ON-DEMAND RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HI, EVERYONE! Being a small business, we rely on customers like you to help us be successful and grow, so we do truly appreciate and value your business. We want our customers to have a pleasant and positive experience while shopping in our store. Our goal is to win your trust. Hey, we're all baseball fans here, so our hope is that you enjoy your purchase(s) and continue to visit our store in the future. We want to be fair and fully transparent with our customers to build that trust, so please make sure that you read and understand our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order, since each order is a unique and custom-made product for you.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND: When placing an order, please keep in mind that we are a small business and that we operate our business using a print-on-demand fulfillment method. Each item is produced as "made-to-order". We don't hold any inventory and we work with our expert production partners to keep our quality high and our costs as low as possible.
SIZING GUIDE: Please be sure you use the sizing guide when choosing your t-shirt size(s). The sizing guide is available along with images of each product. Since each order is custom-made for you, we cannot support returns if you order the incorrect size.
ORDERING & SIZING ADVICE: The t-shirts that we use are Bella+Canvas 3001 Jersey Tees. A sizing chart is included along with photos of each item that you click on. From our experience, the t-shirts fit well but may shrink slightly. You may consider selecting one size up to allow for any shrinkage. For example, a Large t-shirt may fit more like a Medium after washing.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE DO NOT order multiple sizes of the same item, with the idea that you will try them all on for size and then return the items that don't suit you. We simply WILL NOT provide refunds for this scenario since all of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made for you.
OUR QUALITY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: You can expect to receive the item(s) that you ordered from us without any defects. If your item does arrive damaged or with a print defect (this is rare), we'll offer you a replacement. See Return & Refund Policy below.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Because we produce our items using the print-on-demand method with our suppliers, your order consists of unique, custom-made products for you. We do allow refunds on damaged or defective items. For example, the design is off-center or the alignment of the design has been applied incorrectly on the garment. (This is rare, but it can happen.)
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if there is damage or a product defect, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request that you provide photos of the defective item(s) to share with our production partner to file a claim and get a new item to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS: If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us via email at: thebaseballlifestore@gmail.com. You are granted 30 days from date of purchase to report an issue. We may request that you take a photo(s) of the item so we can clearly see the flaw. Our print suppliers handle quality control, the photos will provide proof of damage/defect before we can authorize issuing a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt as proof of purchase. We will do everything in our power to make sure the issue is resolved if there is a production issue.
